Vinyasa Yin is a style of yoga that combines elements of both Vinyasa flow yoga and Yin yoga.

Vinyasa flow yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on linking breath with movement through a series of flowing poses. Vinyasa classes tend to be more physically active and dynamic, with an emphasis on building strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Yin yoga, on the other hand, is a more meditative and restorative form of yoga that involves holding poses for longer periods of time, usually three to five minutes or more. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the fascia, tendons, and ligaments, and is intended to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints.

Vinyasa Yin classes typically combine elements of both Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga, incorporating both flowing movements and longer holds in a single practice. This can create a well-rounded, balanced yoga experience that incorporates both the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
