Personal Fitness In Gilgil, Kenya

The gym is located at the Gilgil Country Club. If you are a member of the GCC you will find that you get a generous discount on our memberships. The Gym is found based around 40-foot containers facing one another, there is a large space between the containers designed for open exercise.

There is also an extra space behind one of the containers which serves as a private area for classes. The first container contains a small office space that can be converted into a physio treatment room where our local physios can work from once a week. This container also has a rowing machine, air runner treadmill, 2 spin bikes and an assault bike. All of the equipment listed is on wheels so it is easy to wheel them to anywhere in the gym for your cardio workout.

The second container is designed with a cross-fit theme containing free weights to work with. Free weights are non-machinery equipment. The design includes a rig that has allowed us to have 4 squat racks attached to the container, coming out into the main exercise space between the 2 containers. The rigs will also have land mines attached. The equipment in the container includes plenty of free weights ranging from Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Bumper Plates and Barbells. We also have a boxing bag, battle rope and a HEX deadlift bar.

Lots for gym members of all caliber, we would love to host members of all ability.
